		<description>Heidi, yes, I would think so, though I haven&#039;t tried raspberries. This is a good process for all kinds of berries - include the lemon juice and adjust the honey or sugar to taste. I&#039;m going to try it with blueberries. Skip the processing step if you prefer - the jam will keep in the fridge for a week or two, maybe more. 
If you try it with the raspberries, let me know how it works out.</description>
