		<description>Some of my fav meal creations have come at the start or end of the week, using up those little bits and pieces of veg/fruit from the week and finding new combos.  Sometimes its a matter of tossing everything in a pan and just sautee-ing; sometimes its roasting, or pairing veg I&#039;d never thought would go together.  I remember one time I paired eggplant with guar - veg that would *never* be put together in traditional Indian cooking - but that perfectly complemented each other with the moisture from the eggplant and the dryness of the guar.</description>
