		<description>I love to make pizza different every time - there are so many possibilities.  And if you haven&#039;t tried brushing your dough with a bit of olive oil and then grilling it on the bbq (once you&#039;re on the second side you can add some toppings)...well that definitely makes a good summertime pizza!</description>

		<description>Yup, I also think of pizza dough like that - a blank slate ready to be customized and potentially different at each meal, with a different attitude and purpose.  Breakfast, lunch, dinner, even dessert can be found in that crust.  Plus, playing with the thickness of the crust can make it more pie-like or cracker-like, adjusted as needed for the overall flavor/feeling of the toppings :-)</description>
