Love that skinny 'gus. Grilled on the barby with olive oil, balsamic, and s&p is probably my fave, but that homemade mayo sure looks tasty. BTW, someone told me that the Yak Valley has taken much of its 'gus out of production b/c of cheaper imports from S. Am. Any truth to that?

We ate asparagus last night and it was great to have it again. I missed it this winter. Tonight I am planning on cooking a giant artichoke for the family and I am excited to try this mayonnaise recipe as the dipping sauce.
