		<description>You are inspiring me!  I haven&#039;t eaten nettles since sailing in the San Juan Islands in the spring, maybe thirty years ago.  I remember they were rather fuzzy on the tongue, like New Zealand Spinach.  I&#039;ll have to try them again.</description>
